What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team.

Here at Skroutz, the Sales Team ensures client satisfaction and they are the point of contact for all our customers. They manage, process and reply to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints. They also provide support on marketing & technical issues with aim to help our customers to enhance their e-shops presence within Skroutz.

 

What We Want You To Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of Clients
  • Deal with all aspects of an e-shop participating in Skroutz.gr
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with the clients
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of new solutions according to company's objectives
  • Attend client meetings
  • Achieve sales' targets according to the Sales Team strategic planning
  • Participates in continued education on new products and improved sales techniques
  • Deliver sales presentations for both internal and external audiences
  • Generate new business by using an existing network of industry contacts

 

REQUIREMENTS

What Skills and Experience You Will Need:

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two (2) years of prior experience in client support
  • Familiarity with Internet and new technologies

 

Skills

  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment
