Career In Progress is an evolving and increasingly high profile Career Consulting Services Team based in Athens and a leading provider of career guidance, training and career management services across Greece. The team formed in 2012 as a response to the growing need for non-traditional consulting services in the fields of Career Guidance, Job Search and Business Development that promote self-discovery, knowledge construction, group-based discussions, transformational and independent learning, which is beneficial to people who want to exercise their flexibility and options on today's fast paced world.

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team and help us grow by utilizing the most current labor market data in all targeted industry sectors in order to integrate business needs into business services and career search practices.

This individual will be an integral part of our team and will be instrumental in providing:

Α. Administrative Support

- Greet visitors and callers in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to consultants or departments as appropriate.
- Sort mail and prepare correspondence (e.g., emails, memos, etc.) to ensure the communication of company and department-level information on a timely basis.
- Ensure the optimum level of office supplies are maintained and schedule facility and office equipment maintenance in a timely manner to ensure continuous operation of the company.
- Prepare and organize documents for client proposals and presentations as needed (contract tracking, printing, organizing and archiving meeting / support materials).
- Provide scheduling support to multiple individuals (appointment, calendar and meeting management).
- Assist with payment processing/cashiering duties.

Β. Social Media & Website Content Insight:

- Update Career In Progress’s website and social media pages, research valuable content across the web, and keep track of educational and career news or events.

C. Recruitment Management Support:

- Organize and arrange all recruitment and selection activities, including assisting in the creation and placement of job descriptions, advertising internal and external vacancies, screening CVs (Entry - JR positions), and maintaining the recruitment database.

Key Attributes/Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/HR. Students in the final year of their studies are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency working knowledge of Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with proven ability to create complex & creative word documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
- First-class written and verbal Greek & English communication skills as well as the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and confidential information.
- A proactive, enthusiastic working approach with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, prioritize and respond in a timely manner.
- An exceptional attention to detail and ability to present and communicate facts/data/recommendations thoughtfully, accurately and in ways that facilitate insight.
- High work intensity with the willingness to go above and beyond the stated expectations.

Will be considered a plus:

- Relevant HR| Career Guidance | CV writing experience or strong administrative experience in an office environment, but with a basic knowledge of and an interest in Career Management Consulting Services.
- An understanding of various industries and job functions including entry level, technical, professional, and executive roles.
- Knowledge of recruiting/interviewing/coaching best practices and emerging trends.
